Rowner operates 2 league sides competing in County Division 3, and Regional Division 3 SE. On Sundays, the club competes in friendly, limited overs games, where the emphasis is on enjoyment and developing the skills of younger players and players returning to the sport.

Rowner also fields a side in the Gosport and Fareham midweek competition. These matches take place on Tuesdays or Thursdays and are 12 and 16 over a side games.
